Keeping costs down is an important factor of most home improvement projects, as the bills can quickly add up. If you’re searching for an inexpensive way to add flair to your home or outdoor entertaining area, plastic finials provide a touch of style to deck posts without costing a fortune. Usually, finials are placed on posts and poles with ease, and require no assembly or tools, making them perfect for the do it yourself home redesign project.

If you’re renovating your space, and you want finials and other accents built to last a lifetime, give metal finials a try. Outdoor accents should be built to weather the elements, and finials made of steel, aluminum, and other metals will last through the toughest of weather conditions. It’s important to invest in quality materials when giving your deck a redesign or overhaul to keep your project looking its best for many years. Otherwise, you’ll be replacing the materials for your porch each year, spending more money than originally anticipated. Keep cost down and style up with gorgeous finials.

As a replica cut-down version of the same gun seen in Wanted Dead or Alive, this replica firearm has a cut down 10” metal barrel that looks so real you would swear it’s the real thing. Not only does it look real, but the second you set your hands on that cold metal, you won’t know the difference in your collection as it grows.

This western replica rifle is the ideal addition to the discerning individual or family man who enjoys collecting and examining antique guns with the knowledge that his family his safe from harm.

I’m godmother to a beautiful little girl. I’m partial of course, but she’s just a joy. She makes me LOL all the time. How many people can you say that about? Anyway, I want to give her a gift for Easter. I don’t want to out do the Easter Bunny, since that wouldn’t be right, but I do want to surprise her with something girlish. I’d like to keep with the idea of a gift basket since its Easter after all and getting more than one Easter Basket would sound great to me if I were only 7 years old.

I work at a hotel, and there are a lot of gifts that come past the front desk. One company does a really great job. Their baskets always look fresh and full, so I decided to see what they offer for Easter. I found a hot pink basket called Easter Fashion Fun and they describe it as something for the Glamour Girl…perfect. It comes with a stuffed bunny, a chocolate bunny, jelly beans, chocolate eggs, lip gloss, an animal print coin purse, a swirl pop and a few more things. The “basket” is a straw, hot pink purse she can use all summer long. I think it’s a blast and I know she will LOL when it’s delivered! I feel great knowing she’ll love the attention I give her.

For years I would start my seeds in March for the garden in egg cartons and move them to a larger container as I thinned them out. I would shuffle them from place to place to get as much sun as possible and put them outside on warmer days and bring them all inside when the thermometer would dip below 45 degrees. They would be ready to go once the last frost was over but I was already exhausted! Then I discovered the seedling grow kits and heat mat and my life changed for the better.

Now I use the mat and the kits to start the seeds and move them to the Solexx Deluxe Cold Frames that I have out in the garden that act like mini greenhouses and can completely cover the small plants. I still keep them in containers so I can easily plant them when the time is right but it is so much easier than shuffling from inside to outside to the porch to the garage and back into the house. It has worked like a charm for the past two years and I intend to do my starter plants this way for a long time to come.

Valentines Day is a day that celebrates love and to mark the occasion people gift their loved ones with special gifts to show that they love them and care for them a lot. Presenting your loved one with Valentines Day gifts would make them feel that you care for them and are close at heart. To make your Valentines Day gift rather special and unique you can gift them with unique Valentines Day gift baskets that would enthrall them and make them love you even more.

Creating your own Valentines Day gift basket would not only make your gift to your loved ones on this special and love filled day unique, but also make it more lovable and dear to them. A good gift on valentines is like a cupid’s arrow that would spread love to the receiver. A nice wine and cheese gift basket containing goodies and chocolates are great gifts to gift on Valentines Day. An attractively arranged gift basket would really attract your loved ones and they would feel on top of the world for all the love and concern you have shown them through your unique gift basket. A gift basket based on the theme of Valentines Day would fill the air with romance and make your loved ones happy and flattered that they would really appreciate it and treasure them thought their life.

If you live in the mountains or on the Pribilof or Aleutian islands, you may find a particular gift for gardens that takes the form of the Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch. This songbird loves the extreme environments, especially high mountains and freezing cold areas. This medium-sized finch is mostly dark brown, although it does have some gray in its cheeks and some pink on its wings, rump, and belly. Both male and female are colored about the same, while younger Gray-crowned Rosy-Finches are duller in color. This bird lover’s gift mostly breeds in Canada and Alaska during the summer and spend their winders in the northern United States, mainly in mountainous areas.

There are actually six subspecies of the Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch. Two, the ones that live on the Aleutian and Pribilof islands, are larger than the others. In fact, they can weigh twice as much as some of the others! The other subspecies can be found in mountainous areas and usually have brown cheeks, while the remainder have gray cheeks. Because the Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch lives in very remote areas, they have no fear of people. I haven’t entirely made up my mind whether that’s a good or bad thing, but I’d love to find one sitting on a candle lantern on my patio one day.

When choosing a present for your favorite lady, one needs to consider their tastes. While providing variety, it should also have a cohesive feel, following some sort of theme, so that it does not feel simply thrown together. This gift basket, from TheBasketSpot.com, does just that, from delicious cookies and truffles to wine and cheese it has a bit of everything while keeping to a simple gold and black theme.

In the world of medieval battles, nothing says power like the incredible two handed great sword. This sword is one of the largest of its classes and packs the most punch, even when it is not fully sharpened! Being a weapon of weight and balance, this is usually a sword that is preferred by the very few strong warriors who can wield them and carry them around over their shoulder while travelling during medieval times.

Of course, this little over 55 inch sword made or carbon steel is designed to provide optimum balance and easy wielding to those who use it. Its powerful 39-inch blade is balanced out with a heavy steel pummel that balances out the weapon when carried over the shoulder. And since the weapon is carried over the shoulder, this great sword was traditionally manufactured without a scabbard.

The great sword is a big as Cold Steel makes them and is equally battle ready like the other medieval swords that the manufacturer makes, right down to the actual leather wrapped handle to accommodate the grip of a true two-handed sword wielder.

In this L Lawliet statue, sitting on his haunches in his favorite red chair, is the genius detective, who has a strong appetite for sweet foods and who never gains weight, L Lawliet, a.k.a Ryuzaki. He still looks like a little boy with all that shaggy hair, but of course, that‘s a brilliant disguise so no one realizes how smart he really is. Straight from Jun Planning, this replica of L is 9 inches high. Crouched over in his chair he stirs and stirs his drink trying to decide on his next move in capturing Kira, no doubt.

L is dressed in jeans and a sweatshirt, but no shoes, his signature style and look. He has dark circles under his eyes, probably from sleepless nights worrying about how to crack unsolvable cases like who is Kira. Another character from the Death Note series, L is a great addition to any collection. Anime characters are not really toys however, and will be much more appreciated by the over-15 crowd. A must-have for any Death Note anime character figure collection so you better get yours now before the holiday shoppers grab them all up!
