Lovely and Durable Stoneware Bean Pot
I have a great family baked bean recipe that turns out fantastic whenever I use my stoneware bean pot. The stoneware keeps the beans from cooking too quickly, so the beans stay nice and firm, while absorbing the flavors. Plus, because the pots are stoneware, they don’t impart any tangy metallic flavor to the beans. I also appreciate that they keep the mess to a minimum – I can simply prepare the beans and stick it all in the oven to slowly cook instead of having to keep a constant eye on a stove top pan.
I enjoy my bean pot so much that now I’m planning on buying them for Christmas gifts for my two sisters and my mom so that they can enjoy using the pots as much as I do. I have the white one, but I know my mom would love the traditional terracotta option, while the cobalt color will match my sister’s kitchen decor perfectly. I highly recommend these great pots because they are so convenient. Once I’m done cooking I can just toss it into the fridge or freezer, plus it cleans up easily in the dishwasher. It’s a perfect addition to my cookware collection, along with my stainless steel cookware set and my covered clay baker.
